Account Executive / Channel Manager – Professional Services

Veriday is a digital marketing and technology company specializing in strategy, products and solutions that transform customer engagement. As Account Executive / Channel Manager – Professional Services, you will be responsible for offering Veriday’s services to existing & prospective customers and managing and developing channel partnerships

The role is required to:

  • Build consensus across business units and key decision makers.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts
  • Acquire new clients in conjunction with senior staff and partners.
  • Manage existing channel partners (Oracle and Liferay) and develop new channel partners to help grow revenue
  • Experience with the RFP, RFQ response process.
  • Experience coordinating internal resources to manage existing customer experience and progress prospects through the sales cycle.
  • Develop new business through, Direct Sales, Alliance Management, Cold calling and prospecting
  • Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audience, presenting the relevant aspects of the proposition to the relevant audience.
  • The incumbent should have Strong business proposal and contract (SOW) writing skills and ability to draft coherent and concise business plans.
  • Monitor and report on the level of business with accounts and recommend actions that will enhance the business
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline with the goal of meeting and exceeding assigned sales quota
  • “Hands-on” development of new sales opportunities through lead follow up and partner and personal relationships
  • Drive direct-sales opportunities to closure, and establish strong, long-lasting relationships which will yield on-going successes in accounts

You’ll need to have experience with:

  • Strong experience in enterprise software sales with responsibility for meeting and exceeding an individual sales quota.  
  • The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of successful professional services sales experience.
  • An ardent desire to develop and nurture client relationships to support our rapidly growing business
  • High-level understanding of enterprise software with the ability to work with both technical and business customers.
  • Experience in closing large software deals 
  • Ability to prospect and acquire C-level relationships within large, medium and enterprise B2B organizations
  • Led successful presentations and written well-crafted messages to decisions makers
  • Excellent communication and presentations skills with top-notch customer service approach.
  • Creative problem-solving approach.
  • Consultative solution sales experience a plus
  • Travel within assigned territory is required
