Dear Customers and Partners,

In response to the global efforts to contain the spread of the COVID-19 Coronavirus, Veriday has implemented our business continuity plan and have taken actions to ensure continued service to our customers. Rest assured, we aim to continue to provide our complete suite of services for our clients and be available to answer any service-related questions that may arise.

First and foremost, our plan ensures the health and safety of our employees. Considering the most recent news and announcements from the World Health Organization (WHO), Health Canada (HC) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) , we have made the decision to have employees in our Canadian and US offices who can perform their jobs remotely, do so through at least April 6, 2020. We’ve also temporarily suspended all business travel through that period.

These measures have been taken to help limit the potential spread of the virus, to support our employees in this challenging time, and to ensure we maintain our ability to serve you, our customer, for the long term. Our leadership team remains vigilant and is monitoring the situation in real time and responding as the situation evolves.

For more information, we encourage you to review the following resources:

•  Health Canada

•  Center for Disease Control

•  World Health Organization

Thank you for being a valued Veriday partner. We send our best wishes for your health and well-being as we push through this unprecedented challenge together. Again, if you have any service-related questions or simply need to hear a friendly voice, call us at 1.888.706.2817.

Sincerely,
Marc Lamoureux
