RBC does a multitude of financial services, Personal and Commercial Banking, Wealth Management, Investor and Treasury Services, Capital Markets, and Insurance.
RBC Wealth Management wanted to implement a new digital strategy and vision. Their old legacy software platform would not meet the needs of their strategy: support financial advisors in growing their online presence, offer a flexible website solution, collaborative partner for continuous improvement and visibility of product roadmap and reduce the level of technical support. RBC Wealth Management opted to invest in the enterprise platform, Digital Agent.
Veirday has been working with RBC since 2004 to deliver digital transformation solutions. We had a long history in multiple divisions of RBC. RBC partnered with Veriday because of our forward-thinking approach and software platform. The goals were to change and improve the digital environment between advisors, clients, and prospects. Additionally, RBC wanted to improve recruitment through digital engagement.

Since implementation, RBC experiences over 6000 content submissions per month and has a growing population of bloggers. Digital Agent was chosen to provide the enterprise with a content marketing platform that could take them to the next level of digital engagement in the short term and long term. In this case a content marketing platform that unlocked the next level in RBC’s digital engagement, quickly and efficiently.
